The Coop Commander Returns & Exchanges Policy

At The Coop Commander, we take pride in delivering quality products that our customers will love. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help make it right. Please review our policy below before requesting a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery. To qualify, items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging when possible

Because many of our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards or promotional products
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can fix the issue quickly.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement if the issue is confirmed.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your request.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as The Coop Commander cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 10-15 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
